iPCS Hispanic Direct Mail – The client, a Sprint affiliate, enlisted us to do an extensive demographic analysis of their wireless communications subscribers. One of our most significant findings was an unusually strong affinity for the client’s brand among persons of Hispanic heritage. Working with a company that specializes in multi-cultural marketing we created a Spanish-language direct mail effort targeting Spanish/English bi-lingual residents in the clients 33 geographic markets from eastern Iowa to western Pennsylvania. The mailing achieved 267% of its' activation goal and over a 5% activation response rate in some markets.
