Happy Joe’s Integrated Web, Direct Mail and Eblast Campaign - A six-month campaign was undertaken with three objectives in mind: build pizza sales during the NFL playoff season, increase traffic to the client’s website and then successfully launch a new menu segment. The first step was the addition of a “Win Free Pizza for a Year” page to the happyjoes.com website. Next a football oriented direct mail piece was created that also included a message driving consumers to the “Win Free Pizza for a Year” page. Results from the mailing were a 6% redemption of coupons and over 600 people registering on the website. When the new “chipotle” pizza, pasta and salads were launched four months later an eblast was included in the launch strategy. Over 8% of recipients printed off coupons and redeemed them.
